A Brussels venue with direct vehicle access and industrial halls — large enough to display dozens of cars in one sweep. D'Ieteren ran a 10-day B2B mobility exhibition here for 900 fleet managers, with seven flagship brands.
Maisons du Monde — an industrial photoshoot location in Brussels
An industrial photoshoot location in Brussels with raw concrete, soaring ceilings and a 1,321 m² main hall — large enough for cars, oversized furniture and full set builds. Maisons du Monde shot a brand campaign here in 2025.
BDO Glamrock — a themed corporate party for 800 people in Brussels
A Brussels venue for corporate parties of 800 people, with a customisable arrival experience in the SAS, an industrial-glamour aesthetic that absorbs any theme, and a managed shuttle and parking operation for guests. BDO held its Glamrock-themed party here in January 2025, organised by SPRDLUX.

A Brussels venue that works as well for 120 people as for 4,000 — with the elegance, hospitality and multi-room flexibility to host a full-day corporate conference, breakouts, hands-on workshop, gourmet dinner and after-drinks all in one building. Switzerland Cheese Marketing Benelux ran their annual day here in October 2024.
