Conference venue in Brussels
SILO Brussels is a 1,321 m² conference venue 10 minutes from Brussels-Midi and 15 minutes from Brussels Airport. The Meudon main hall seats up to 1,200 in theatre format, with break-out rooms, full AV infrastructure and an Access-i certified site for international delegates.
From plenary halls to break-out rooms
The 1,321 m² Meudon hall is our flagship conference space — 1,200 theatre-style seats, ceiling height for large stage builds and rear-projection screens, and a clear single-volume layout that suits keynotes, panels and plenary formats. Navy's (660 m²) doubles as a second plenary or as the conference networking hall. Atelier & Mezzanine (198 m²), the Kiosque (130 m²) and four 41 m² Workshop Areas cover break-out sessions, parallel tracks, working groups and exhibitor booths. Rooms can be combined for opening keynotes followed by parallel sessions, or sequenced for arrival, plenary, lunch and networking.
AV, staging and hybrid-ready infrastructure
Conferences at SILO are delivered with experienced AV production partners who handle stage builds, line-array sound, projection, lighting, simultaneous interpretation and live recording. The Virtual Space (50 m²) is configured for hybrid conferences — multi-camera setups, professional lighting and direct streaming integrations — so a delegate joining remotely receives the same quality as one in the room. Power, rigging points, dark-out conditions and backstage access are pre-engineered into the spaces.

Access-i certified for international delegates
SILO Brussels is Access-i certified for partial accessibility — adapted entrances, lifts and toilets across all main spaces. Our team is experienced with multilingual delegate flows (French, Dutch, English) and registration logistics. Cloakroom, signage, badging stations and accessible parking can all be set up in the SAS arrival hall to give a clear, structured arrival for hundreds of delegates simultaneously.
Conference catering: breaks, lunch and networking
Coffee breaks, plated lunches, working buffets, networking cocktails and gala dinners are delivered by our curated network of caterers — including B Corp-certified Coeur Catering and ShiftingPact-certified Choux de Bruxelles. Food is sourced locally and seasonally; vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free menus are standard. Breaks can be synchronised to the agenda and rooms re-set between plenaries and meals without delay.
Where Brussels' conference scene is heading
SILO sits on the Brussels canal — at the heart of the regeneration zone, 10 minutes from Brussels-Midi (Eurostar, Thalys, ICE), 15 minutes from Brussels Airport, and a short tram ride from the EU institutions. International delegates arrive easily, and the venue's distinct industrial identity gives conferences a more memorable backdrop than a generic convention centre.
