Cap Event

Cap Event is a Belgian non-profit (ASBL) with a singular mission: integrating adults with intellectual disabilities into event service work. Their team members are recruited, supervised, and trained to staff events with care and professionalism, turning every event into an opportunity for genuine inclusion. Cap Event serves both corporate clients and private individuals and associations, providing supported service teams that bring warmth and purpose to receptions, dinners, and celebrations. The organisation is backed by major Belgian institutions, including the King Baudouin Foundation, CAP48, and the Cocof. Based in Saint-Jean-Geest in Walloon Brabant, Cap Event proves that an exceptional event experience and meaningful social impact can go hand in hand.
